Success Story – Intuescope RED GmbH

Intuescope RED GmbH is a company specialising in the development of innovative endoscopy and colonoscopy solutions. In a world where cars, televisions and telephones have undergone enormous changes over the last 40 years, endoscopy and colonoscopy technology has remained largely unchanged. The opportunity is seen to improve these medical procedures to help doctors detect disease and perform endoscopies faster and more efficiently. Current procedures carry a certain error rate, a shortage of endoscopic physicians and a long learning curve for young gastroenterologists. Intuescope RED GmbH strives to find innovative solutions to address these challenges and to better exploit the benefits of colonoscopy and endoscopy, especially with regard to the early detection of cancer.

Inspiralia helped us a lot to get the necessary funding and financing to set up our business in Austria, to hire local staff and to develop our business. It would have been almost impossible otherwise, but at least it would have taken much longer. The funding made it possible for us to enter into the important cooperation with Meduni Vienna. We have also been awarded one of the highest grants for micro and small enterprises by the FFG for 2021.
